Andy: A Ray of Hope

Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation has impacted our lives in a major way. We first became involved with the Foundation through our children’s principal at Notre Dame School in New Hyde Park. Since then, we have been blessed to receive assistance through our most difficult times. There were times when we didn’t see how the tuition was going to be paid, but Tomorrow’s Hope made it all possible for our children to get a good education and remain in Catholic school, in a safe environment. We thank God for Tomorrow’s Hope because without this Foundation we wouldn’t have a ray of hope. Thank you so much Tomorrow’s Hope!

Hugh: I spent 21 years in Catholic schools!

I completed 21 years of Catholic School without getting left back once! I benefitted from the Sister’s of St. Joseph’s (elementary school), Brothers of St. Francis (high school), Christian Brothers of De La Salle (college), Marist Brothers (graduate degree), and Jesuits (law school). Catholic schools provided me with structure and top-notch education while teaching me about my own faith. St. Francis’ “leading with the heart” and deep asceticism have served me well throughout my adult career in public service and the military. In those 21 years, I developed a large network of pals and classmates whom I still hold as my dearest friends. I sent all four of my kids to Catholic elementary and high school and then some. Every dollar spent on Catholic schools is the best dollar you will ever spend because you are placing the keys to a successful and faithful future into the hands of your children.

Peggy: A Family Legacy I Will Continue

My mother and father, Peg and Lewis Ranieri, were the founding members of Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation. Catholic education always held a tremendously big place in Peg’s heart. My parents felt every child should be afforded the opportunity to attend Catholic school. I attended Catholic school at Elizabeth Ann Seton Regional School in Bellmore, and Kellenberg Memorial High School in Uniondale. My parents taught me the importance of my faith and Catholic education throughout my life, and now I am a teacher at Kellenberg along with my husband Bobby. One of the best decisions Bobby and I have made was to send our son Anthony to Catholic school. We as a family hope to teach Anthony the same values my parents taught me, by ensuring the continuance of Catholic education for our future leaders through The Legacy of Hope Society.
